Is your site secure?
Yes! Our shopping is done via Paypal. Their site is on a secure encryted server and your payment information will NOT be shared. Our site is totally safe to shop with.
Why are so many items sold out?
Because all of our items are either limited edition or produced on small quantities, many are one-of-a-kind or limited edition runs. On top of that, we try our best to get to everyone's needs. The more you buy, the more we produce.
Some of your items seem a bit pricey, why is that?
Vent is all about art and design. Nothing on our site is mass produced at a large scale and the artists who make these items design on their own TIME. Everything you buy here is completely thought out with love and care, NOT quickly put together by a clipart or mass market corporation so really, it's a bargain:-)
What types of payments are accepted?
We accept Paypal only!
Do you take credit cards? Which ones?
Yes! We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express via paypal.

Do you take money orders or checks?
Unfortuntately, we don't take money orders or checks at this time.
How much will my item cost to ship?
Shipping & handling costs are based on the weight of your items and the cost of shipping through the United States Postal Service.
How much time will it take for my item to arrive?
We are very limited in staff, but try to mail out all in stock items within 3-5 business days of you placing your order. This does NOT include your ship time. If an item is new, 5-7 business days from the time ordered.
What shipping method do you use?
We use the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. We include delivery confirmation for all orders shipped out.
